* First time played wow, what a show! for seeing live music for the first time in almost 18 months, this was a great way to get my feet wet again!! the crowd was a bit different than i am used to seeing at a show, but i wasn't there for the crowd! on the way to the show, robb asked me "so, what are you looking for tonite?" my response was "i would love a nebraska, she sends me... could always have a plane crash and a captain america, but if i get a nebraska and a she sends me then i will be happy!" well, ask and ye shall receive!!! plus, we were at the stage for the whole show!!!

The spine of a dog opener was great, it got the crowd moving... then into new york city, which is always a good one... then, what's that i hear... SHE SENDS ME!! right on! and it was a good one too... but i must say, the highlight of the nite was the second set... it was all about rob, the bass player... he dropped some serious bombs... the meat... O M G... EPIC, is all i gotta say about it... the entire set was a huge freeflow of music... meat had to be 25+ minutes long.. then biblical proportions, then opium (my first opium)

what's cool about moe. is that they take you places with their music... the rock hard, but when they jam, be prepared for a journey.... trippy, spacey, rocking jams.... you need to sit down when you are done, as you are wiped..

then it's time for the encore.... join together (who cover) then NEBRASKA!!! it appeared that join together was a first, as chuck (i was on "chuck's" side) had a cheat sheet for lyrics on that one... but he friggin nailed it.. they were having so much fun up there tonite too... at one point, chuck was 3 feet from me...

my night was made!!! Good music, great company!!! can't wait to download this show and share with everyone, because i think EVERYONE needs to experience that "meat" that i witnessed tonite!!!
